P.A.W.S
Shannon- I wanted to pass along how wonderful SD Pet Memorial has been to our clients. Five minutes ago one of our clients came in to give us some cat food and supplies that had belonged to her cat, Woody. He had died just a few weeks ago but wanted to share with us how wonderful it was that PAWS was able to work with all of you in giving her beloved cat a proper cremation and a glorious remembrance box for his ashes. She was quite emotional about it as she relayed that her last pet, an Irish setter, was cremated and they just gave her the ashes in a coffee can! This final gesture meant the world to her. Again, thank you so much for all you’ve been doing for our clients. Lisa Saneda Executive Director

Little Liz
"Little Liz's Mommy & Daddy" We Thank You for your support in our time of need. The Chapel was the best way to say Goodbye to her. I'm glad we had such a beautiful funeral for her. We needed that! Thanks for making this a very personal experience.

Dear Abe,
I'm writing this letter to you, from the bottom of my heart, to express my thankfulness.

Im an employee of VCA Peninsula Animal Hospital in Point Loma, whose best friend and companion Blinx died on July 19, 2008.

You managed to bring him home to me, with his face edged on the cedar box, wearing a Nike hat looking so alive just as he was on the photo.

You have an amazing gift, and I want you to know that you managed to capture the soul of my dog in your woodwork.

Thank you so much for your time, effort and your ability to bring back to life the one I lost- Blinx the Pit-bull who was an important part of my life.

Sincerely,

Elena L.

Dear SD Pet Park,
The people here were so loving and kind when my kitty passed away and had to pick up his ashes. They put him in a nice cedar box urn that could be engraved; it was much more than anticipated.

Plus there cemetery looked more like a real human cemetery, With smaller plots and real gravestones

Not the creepy one from the Stephen king movie with the hand-made kid written grave markers! The whole park was in such a beautiful hillside location on a cul-de-sac. It is a bit off the beaten path but it is worth it.

The office also didn't feel like a graveyard, it was very homey and they had all their products and options on display too! No wonder why the VCA refers everyone here for cremations and burials I highly recommend it too!

Dear Abraham and Roman,
It's been almost 2 months since I lost Louie, my beloved Boston. It was not easy dealing with his death, but I wanted to let you know that you both were an integral part in my healing, and I thank you sincerely for that! Thank you for your warm spirit and compassion. I look at the urn all the time and I'm so happy I could honor Lou in such a beautiful way.

Thank you again for everything,

Sincerely,

Susan D.

Jessica & Roman
I can't thank you enough for your kindness and support when I cremated my beloved Tammie. You both made it a very peaceful and serene experience. The beautiful setting and grounds helped make it bearable. This was my fourth experience there and everytime I felt the same way.

Blessings to you,
Sue F.
